Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications, games and website provided by BT Computing (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country, or use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Users under 14 in Korea require guardian consent.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services on your device for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts or modified clients
Reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the Services, except as permitted by law
Sell, transfer or share your account, or trade in-game items for real money outside the Services
Harass others or post unlawful, hateful or infringing content
Interfere with the security or operation of the Services

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Accounts and progress

You are responsible for your account and device security. Game progress may be tied to your Google Play Games account or a device identifier; losing access to it may mean losing progress.

5. In-app purchases and virtual items

Some Services offer optional purchases of virtual items or currency. Virtual items have no cash value, are licensed (not sold) to you, and may not be transferred. Purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to its payment terms and refund policy. Except where required by law, purchases are final once the item has been delivered.

6. Advertising

Free Services may display advertising provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party ads or sites.

7. Intellectual property

All content, code, artwork, audio and trademarks in the Services belong to BT Computing or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. Changes and discontinuation

We may update, modify or discontinue the Services or any feature at any time. For paid features, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BT Computing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Seoul, Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
