Some of our free games display ads. Ad partners may use the Android Advertising ID to show ads and measure results. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads). Where required by law, we request your consent before showing personalized ads.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account and game data are retained while your account is active and deleted upon your request (see Account & Data Deletion). Purchase records are retained for the period required by Korean tax and e-commerce laws (generally 5 years). Support emails are retained for up to 3 years.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To exercise these rights, email bert.shim@gmail.com or follow the steps in Account & Data Deletion. In Korea, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without a legal guardian’s consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12. California and EEA/UK residents

We do not sell or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA for cross-context behavioral advertising except through the advertising identifiers described in Section 5, which you can control as described there. Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract (providing the Services), legitimate interests (security, analytics, improvement), consent (personalized ads) and legal obligation.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the app.
