Please include

  • The name and version of the app or game
  • Your device model and Android/iOS version
  • A description of the problem and screenshots, if possible
  • For purchase issues: the Google Play order number (e.g. GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx)

Refunds

Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google. Refund requests are handled under Google Play’s refund policy. You can request a refund through your Google Play order history, or contact us and we will assist where possible.
